My website is to help people make smarter choices about health and wellness. Motivate people and inspire them to keep moving toward their goals. Hi welcome to my website, as a ACE certified personal trainer and a certified Lifestyle and weight management consultant (LWMCs). I am passionate about my essential role in the lives of my clients. As a LWMC, I have a wide range of understanding of exercise science, behavioral science, and nutritional science, and then use that knowledge to assess clients and develop lifestyle-modifications that are truly individualized.

As a ACE professional trainer, my job responsibility is assessing each clients’ current level of health and physical fitness and then developing a safe and effective fitness program that will lead to a lifelong commitment to a more active lifestyle and better health. Whether a client is just beginning to exercise after years of sedentary living or is an elite-level athlete trying to fine-tune performance, I develop safe, effective programs with appropriate rates of progression. I offer in home training and train at Powerhouse in Saint Clair Shores, Michigan.
